Dates filled with feta and honey
Surprise your guests with a mini cheese course to make an elegant
transition to dessert.
8 medjool dates
4 ounces feta cheese, softened
¼
cup honey, or more to taste
Using a sharp knife, cut a slit into each date and remove the pit.
In a small bowl, cream together honey and feta. Fill dates with cheese
mixture using small spoon and your fingers.
Makes eight teeny two-bite desserts.
